Acrobat 9 is a little outdated, but for my purposes, this was adequate software.

Acrobat webforms seems to be the least used and the least understood area of Adobe (forms that users can enter data in online, and then "submit" the form online, with their typed-in data going to a data repository, such as a back-end database behind a website), yet every company in the United States pays lip service and talks about paper minimization.

Well, this is one Saviour to that respect, but no one hardly understands it out there, from a Webforms perspective. This version of Acrobat allows one to create Webforms, as well as all of the other things that Acrobat allows, such as simple PDF creation, editing PDF files, web-enabling large PDF-created files, etc.
